Who do we work with?

We work with business professionals! We currently have clients that are companies and some are individual private students, all with a wide variety of goals. We work with corporate clients in sectors ranging from I.T. to manufacturing, and from cosmetic to retail. We recently trained 100+ English teachers in Rwanda! All of these students reflect a different level, from A1 all the way to C2.

What is our approach? 

Ultra-personalized, high-quality student talk time, with a core emphasis on building students’ confidence when speaking English. Our approach as an academy is our belief in our teachers. We strive to highlight your personal teaching style with each of your students.

Teacher Planning, resources?

With our high level of teacher autonomy, we offer curriculum suggestions based on microlevels defined by our teachers that offer a comprehensive and step by step way to design your own course, all while covering the direct needs of your students that you hear as well as their requests. This can be complimented by our other team members who love to share their favorite resources along with some subscriptions and books available to our team. This allows us to create unique and to the point lessons for our clients!

Use any platform?

Online courses are delivered via Zoom Pro – You’ll have your own unique «room», so no sifting through to make sure you clicked the right link. Zoom allows us to log the minutes each student attends classes for Fundae purposes. It’s a quick, and dare we say EASY alternative for busy professionals who only have to click a link!

Needs analysis, progress reports, groups, levels, sectors we work with

Each course should begin with a needs analysis by the current teacher. The teacher provides quarterly progress reports that we’ve streamlined for you so it takes 5-10 minutes each. Classes are either 1-1 or groups (typically no more than four students in each). The small class sizes allow us to make sure that we are achieving our goals + individualized attention.

What is Fundae?

Fundación Estatal para la Formación en el Empleo are the gatekeepers for professional development funds for companies. EasyWorld Academy is certified/licensed to manage these funds for our clients (called Entidad Organizadora in Spain). This reimburses the client for what they’ve paid for their courses AND gives us structure to the course.

What do you need to know about it? Basically, in order for our client to receive these funds attendance needs to be 75% of the MINTUES of the scheduled class. Then, the client can request the use of this money for each student to be reimbursed in their Social Security payments.

As teachers, we need to be aware that these are Fundae classes, so that we communicate early and often with our Admin regarding any changes.

When do we get paid?

Monthly, at the end of the month!
